Cowboys and Wine

I had an old friend message me and said she was in need of hearing my voice. She also said, she needed sunshine, as the days were dark and cloudy, and the sun and my voice would give her a lift. I dedicated a lazy Sunday afternoon live facebook gig to her, and was inspired to write on of my latest songs, “Cowboys and Wine”, which started out with the line “lady before her time”.

We’d been friends in High School, and she worked at a feed lot that was surrounded by cattle and cowboys. I’d love to listen to her stories about the cowboys during class. So please, if you feel the need to hear my voice, just message me. I’d love to hear from you, as the live gigs mean nothing without an audience. It even gives me more pleasure and energy to plan one, if I hear from you.
